The XC6SLX9-2TQG144C is a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Integrated Circuit (IC) manufactured by Xilinx. It consists of the Spartan-6 LX FPGA, which is a low-cost, low-power programmable logic device with up to 144,000 logic cells and 600Kbit of embedded SRAM. The device has two transceivers, capable of supporting data rates from 300 Mbps to 1.6 Gbps, and various memory configuration options, including up to 432 I/O pins in a 144-pin low-profile quad flat pack (LQFP) package. The IC also features advanced core and system-level clocking, built-in hardware support for automated design-debug techniques, and optional integrated PowerPC™ embedded processors.
