The AO4498 is a high-side, N-channel MOSFET which can be used for the high-side switching of motors, lights and high-voltage circuits in general. Due to its low on-resistance and high thermal performance, the AO4498 is an excellent choice for applications where efficiency is a must. This Alpha & Omega MOSFET also supports a wide range of power supplies, from 4.5V to 24V, making it a very versatile choice for a range of different applications. It features over-temperature protection which shuts it down to protect it from heat damage, and it can handle currents up to 70A. To ensure ultimate reliability and performance, the AO4498 is heavily tested, and has a guaranteed life of over 10 million hours.
