Additional Infomation About Product

The AOB256L is a low-power audio stage IC from Alpha & Omega. It has a low-noise, differential-input, Class-AB MOSFET-output amplifier with integrated power-supply EMI reduction circuitry which enables the device to offer improved audio performance and EMI compliance with very low external component counts. Its output power is 16W into a 4-ohm speaker load and features a wide supply voltage range of 9V to 24V. It also has a low distortion of 0.009% (THD+N), wide bandwidth of up to 5MHz and low noise performance of less than 7nV•s. The AOB256L also features an integrated output limiter protects the speaker against output overload and additional features like shutdown control, thermal shutdown, and class-AB gate drive control enable user-friendly system design.
