This device is designed to reduce the power dissipation, maintain a low drain-source voltage drop and reduce EMI noise. It is easily configured to any desired level of load current, making it ideal for various applications, such as battery-powered devices, LED lighting, and mobile charging. It features a low RDSon and has an adjustable frequency of up to 2MHz. The device has a breakdown voltage of 16V, an on resistance of 3mO , and a low driver voltage of 4.5V. Furthermore, it includes ESD protection of up to 1500V HBM.
