Additional Infomation About Product

SemiconductorThe AON6354 is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) with a Trench 30V, 83A (Tc) rating. It has a breakdown voltage of 2.2V with a maximum on-state current of 250uA and a low gate-source threshold voltage. As with all AOS MOSFETs, the AON6354 features tight 3.3 mΩ on-state resistance in the drain-source direction at maximum channel current of 20A and 10 V output voltage. This device is RoHS compliant and packaged in a DFN5x6 package. It is manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor.
