SemiconductorThe AON6382 is a 30V 85A MOSFET N Trench manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. This electronic component features a 2.2V @ 250uA and 1.85 mΩ @ 20A,10V Thermal Resistance (Tc) in a DFN5x6 RoHS package. The AON6382 has low gate charge and low on-resistance for better power efficiency in low-voltage low-current applications. It also provides excellent current handling and fast switching speed. Additionally, it supports high-side and low-side switch sourcing and sinking with level-shifting capability. This MOSFET N Trench is suitable for use in both DC/DC converters, load switches, engine control modules (ECM), and other high-side or low-side power switch applications.
