DS1249AB-70# is an integrated circuit manufactured by Analog Devices for non-volatile data storage applications. It is a 256K nonvolatile SRAM internally organized as 32,768 words of 8 bits each. It features an automatic write cycle that continuously stores data with a virtually unlimited number of write cycles. The write cycle is triggered by any change in the address or data inputs and completes automatically. Data retention is provided by a low power CMOS LP-Type circuit operating in binary code without any refresh. Additional features include automatic self-write, output buffers, and active low CE# and OE# inputs.
