The LM78L12 is a three-terminal positive voltage regulator from component manufacturer, Continental Device India Ltd (CDIL). This regulator is capable of delivering up to 100mA of load current with an output voltage of 12V. The LM78L12 features a thermal overload protection, current limiting, and safe operating area protection. It is available in TO-92 (through hole) and SOT-89 (surface mount) packages, making it ideal for a variety of applications. Its input range is rated at 10V to 15V, making it able to be powered with a wide range of source voltages. The LM78L12 has a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, which makes it suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
