The HTC Korea LM78L12 is a three-pin, TO-92-3 voltage regulator designed to maintain a steady output voltage with a wide input voltage range. This device is a linear voltage regulator, providing up to 0.8A of current with excellent line and load regulation. It is RoHS compliant and offers an adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 32V with off-on features for monitoring and controlling output power. The LM78L12 features both internal current limiting, thermal overload protection, and short circuit protection for added safety and reliability. Additionally, this device has a low-dropout feature which allows the regulator to continue to function with a low output voltage even at very low input voltages.
