The DAGNH200600 IGBT half-bridge module is manufactured by DACO Semiconductor and is a bi-directional current switch capable of switching up to 200A. It consists of an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) transistor pair, a free-wheeling diode, and an integrated control and protection circuit. The module works using standard 3-level DC/AC DC link voltage of 600 volts. It includes integrated pick-up comparators, a built-in circuit breaker, overcurrent protection, and over-voltage protection. With its small size and high current capacity, this module is ideal for use in applications such as electric motors, battery systems or AC/DC application.
