The FT600Q-B-T is a USB 3.0 Full-Speed (FS) FIFO controller that is designed to bridge between USB 3.0 and the Synchronous FIFO, serial peripheral interface. It has an integrated USB transceiver and supports transfer rates up to 480 Mbps. It is configured with a 32-bit data bus. It provides support for I²C, SPI, FT1248, FT245, UART and other serial technologies via a selectable clocking source. The controller also features an on-chip temperature sensor, an integrated 32 MHz oscillator, up to 3 milliseconds of single timeout protection and in-system programming. It is extensively used in industrial, consumer, embedded and automotive applications.
