AUIRF3415 is a product developed by Infineon Technologies, an international semiconductor company. It is part of the company's AURIX family of automotive-grade microcontrollers.
The Infineon AUIRF3415 is a 39-pin integrated circuit (IC) which includes 32-bit TriCore CPU core, integrated Flash memory and a range of peripherals. It is designed for applications such as powertrain, body, transmission and safety applications in automotive and commercial vehicle systems. Its dual-core architecture allows for fast communication between the two cores. It also provides integrated safety mechanisms such as error correction code (ECC) for data processing. The AUIRF3415 is highly integrated, reducing cost and power needs for improved system efficiency. It also supports a variety of communication standards such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, I2C and SPI. The AUIRF3415 is "pin to pin" compatible with the AUIRF3410.
