The CY7C63803-SXCT is an 8K/256 Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface integrated circuit (IC) with a 16-pin small-outline integrated chip (SOIC) package, manufactured by Infineon. It is a full-speed, low-power peripheral USB controller.
