Additional Infomation About Product

The Infineon ICE3PCS03G is a high-performance Power Factor Correction (PFC) Standalone PFC Controller in Critical Conduction Mode (CCM). It is the latest closed-loop Pre-Regulator for offline AC/DC converters, and is capable of rapid transient response. This controller includes multiple protection features such as over-voltage, over-current, soft-start, and brown-out protection. It is a very efficient controller with a typical switching frequency of up to 300kHz. It is designed to switch an external N-channel MOSFET as its output stage drive, making it ideal for high-performance buck/boost converters. With a very low average current consumption, it is the ideal choice for energy-efficient applications.
