It is designed for the control of high-side and low-side switches, as well as in synchronous rectification, battery-management-systems, protection and snubber circuit applications. This MOSFET offers high performance with low-RDS(on), low gate charge, fast switching capabilities with robust avalanche rating. This makes it ideal for high frequency switching applications. The device’s operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C with a lead free RoHS compliant package.
