They are fabricated using ISSI s high- Low Active Power: 150 mW (typical) performance CMOS technology. This highly reliable process coupled with innovative circuit design techniques, yields Low Standby Power: 10 mW (typical) access times as fast as 12 ns with low power consumption. CMOS standby LOW POWER: (IS61/64C25616AS) When CE is HIGH (deselected), the device assumes a High-speed access time: 25 ns standby mode at which the power dissipation can be reduced down with CMOS input levels. Low Active Power: 75 mW (typical) Low Standby Power: 1 mW (typical) Easy memory expansion is provided by using Chip Enable CMOS standby and Output Enable inputs, CE and OE. The active LOW Write Enable (WE) controls both writing and reading of the memory.
