The MIEB100W1200TEH is an IGBT module six pack, manufactured by IXYS, and is designed for power conversion applications. It contains six fast switching IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) in one package which can be used to control high frequency and high power demands. The IGBTs in the module are rated for up to 1200V, and a maximum current of 100A. The module features low loss switching, improved immunity to electromagnetic interference, and fast switching times.
