Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2001D is an integrated circuit from Texas Instruments, a type of driver IC that is used for controlling high-current devices. It consists of eight Darlington transistor arrays that feature high-voltage and high-current, along with high surge current capability. The ULN2001D is available in an 8-lead SOP-150mil RoHS package and is suitable for producing robotic motion, driving lamps, relays, and resistive loads. It also features low saturation voltage and provides protection against transient voltage to protect connected devices. It features high isolation voltage rating, with a typical value of 1500V min and is operable over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The IC is RoHS compliant and manufactured by Mixic.
