MCU
OT407,412 are members of the NXP LPC17 family of microcontrollers (MCUs). The OT407,412 are 32-bit ARM-based Cortex-M3 MCUs that feature low power consumption, high integration, and a wide range of on-chip peripherals and functions. They include several advanced features, such as DSP extensions, an integrated USB 2.0 On-The-Go port, four timers, a 12-bit A/D converter, 10-bit D/A converters, an Ethernet PHY interface, various serial interfaces, and a wide range of touch sensing and IO expansion capabilities. The Cortex-M3 core runs at up to 80 MHz, has 16 Kbytes of on-chip RAM and 512 Kbytes of on-chip Flash memory, and provides power-saving features such as clock gating. OT407,412 can be powered by 1.8-3.6V external power supply and are also available in low power TSSOP versions.
