It has a buffered output stage with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse current driving capability and minimum crossconduction. ON Semiconductors highvoltage process and commonmode noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of the highside SOIC8 SOIC14 driver under high dv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced level shift 8SOP 14SOP circuit offers highside gate driver operation up to V = 9.8 V S CASE 751EG CASE 751ER (typical) for V = 15 V.
