ON Semiconductor's FDS6911 is a logic-level N-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor (FET). It is designed to be used in low-voltage, high-speed switching applications, such as DC–DC converters, relay drivers, level shifters, and pulse-width modulation drivers. It features an advanced SON (Small Outline No-lead) package, allowing for improved heat dissipation and increased efficiency in higher-current applications. The device requires a gate-to-source voltage of only 4.5 V for both logic-high and logic-low operation, allowing for operation over a wide range of supply voltages. The FDS6911 features a low on-resistance of 1.2 ohms, making it suitable for use in high-current applications.
