Outputs respond rapidly to the logical change at its complementary input. It is offered in a 20-pin SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm width) package which provides a low profile and wide footprint. This device is designed to operate from 4.5V to 5.5V and provides high noise immunity and guaranteed high speed operation.
