Additional Infomation About Product

The MCR72-3G is a silicon Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V, a forward voltage of 0.45V maximum, and is designed with a low forward voltage drop and low reverse leakage current. It is ideal for use in high efficiency, low power loss circuits and its small footprint makes it perfect for use in space-constrained designs. The device is rated to operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
