The SMMUN2111LT1G, manufactured by ON Semiconductor, is a medium-power Bipolar Transistors - BJT SS BR XSTR SPCL TR with high collector current gain (maximum hFE of 350 to 500) and a wide voltage range. It features an optimized plastic material for extremely low VCE (SAT) relative to IC, as well as excellent intermodulation distortion performance, along with low leakage current.
