The master driver 1SP0635x2Mx-1MBI1200UE-330 features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC/DC power supply. It can be used as stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0635D2Sx-1MBI1200UE-330 slaves to drive up to four parallel-connected IGBT modules of type 1MBI1200UE-330.
