QPC3624 75 472000MHz Digital Step Attenuator Product Overview The QPC3624 is a 75 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that features high linearity over the entire 31.5dB gain control range in 0.5 dB steps and has a low insertion loss of 1.2dB at 1GHz. The QPC3624 features three modes of control: serial, latched parallel, and direct parallel programming. Patented circuit architecture provides 24 Pad 4x4mm QFN Package overshoot-free transient switching performance. The QPC3624 is available in a 24-pad 4mm x 4mm x 0.90 mm QFN package.
