RFSA3613 RFSA3613 5MHz to 6000MHz, Digital Step Attenuator Package: QFN, 16-pin, The RFMDs RFSA3613 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator 3.0mm x 3.0mm x 0.85mm (DSA) that features high linearity over the entire 31.5dB gain Features control range with 0.5dB steps.
