The ESDZV18-1BF4 is an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) suppressor/Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with Dual Filter Device (DFD) protection and filter, manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection applications on high speed data buses such as USB, IEEE 1394, and HDMI interfaces. It is designed to provide superior ESD performance in a small package profile of 1.6mm x1.4mm, extended operational temperature range and with a low stand-off voltage of 1.6V. The ESDZV18-1BF4 has dual filter devices integrated into the same silicon chip, providing unmatched ESD and EMI protection, particularly under severe EMI noise environment. With superior ESD rating of up to 33kV HBM at 8A peak pulse current (tP=8/20µs) for each channel and up to 15kV CDM at 2A peak pulse current (tP=8/20µs) for each channel. It also provides extremely low leakage current for energy efficiency and high rated capacitance for low insertion loss and signal integrity.
