Designed for use as an 2000-V Human-body model (A114-A) interface between a 3.3V bus and a 2.5V or 1.2V bus in mixed supply systems of 3.3V/1.2V, 3.3V/2.5V and 2.5V/1.8V, the ST1G3236 achieves high speed operation while maintaining low power dissipation.
