The STGW80H65DFB is a 3rd generation power semiconductor module produced by STMicroelectronics. It is part of the STGW80H family and is optimized for medium-voltage, medium-current applications in the 350 to 650V range. It integrates two 6.5 kV STGW IGBTs, two current-sensing resistors and two fast-recovery diodes in one package. It is capable of handling up to 10 A of continuous current and up to 50 A of pulsed current, with low switching losses and short circuit withstand time. Additionally, the module is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C and a storage temperature of -50 to +150 °C.
