The TMI3255 with DC-DC Converters DFN2x2-6FC RoHS is a 6-pin power module designed for use in medium-power non-isolated point-of-load (POL) applications. This module has a very small footprint and allows for higher power densities. The module comes with a range of features, including an integrated EMI filter, a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 24 V, programmable output voltage between 0.8 V to 5.5 V, up to 300 mA output current, and efficiencies up to 96%. It has over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protections, as well as thermal protection, and offers an optional enable pin for ON/OFF control of the module. It is RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation in the -40°C to +85°C range.
