The TB67H450FNG,EL is a Motor Motion Ignition Controllers & Drivers Brushed Motor Driver IC manufactured by Toshiba. It is a TSSOP8 Package PB-FREE with a 50V 3.5A rating. The device helps control brushed type DC motors in wide range of applications such as robot and small machinery drives. It uses Toshiba’s patented dead time control circuit to control the phase current so that the motor can reach high speed with minimal torque ripple. The device includes a 180° sector degree reverse driving function, which reduces EMI noise from the motor, and dynamic brake function circuit, which helps to reduce the motor’s stopping time. It also includes an over-heating control circuit and a speed control circuit. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
