General The TOSHIBA TLP3475SRHA4 photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. It is housed in a S-VSON16T package and it provides guaranteed performance operating temperature up to 125 . It has a Built-in input resistor, which eliminates an external input resistor for space saving. TLP3475SRHA4 features a very small on-resistance and make sure switching high-frequency signal by quick tON/tOFF.
