TechnologiesThe ULN2803G-D18-T is an 18-pin Darlington transistor array driver DIP (dual in-line package) RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant manufactured by Unisonic Technologies. It is designed to interface with TTL and CMOS logic levels and is capable of driving up to 500 mA at 50V for 500mA loads. The ULN2803G-D18-T has 7 Darlingtons connected in parallel each with a current gain of 10k and a maximum voltage of 50 volts. It also has an integral surge protection diode to protect against inductive load switching. This device is ideal for general purpose relay and solenoid drivers, lamp drivers, line drivers, logic buffers, and other high current applications.
