Additional Infomation About Product

The IRF520PBF with MOSFET is a N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) manufactured by Vishay. It features low on-resistance, fast switching and an integrated Schottky diode. It is a power MOSFET that is suitable for both DC and AC switching circuits, power conversion and motor control, and power supplies. It is rated for drain-source voltage (VDS) of up to 100V, drain current (ID) of up to 18A, drain-source on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of up to 1.2ohms, gate-source volatge (VGS) of up to -20V. The IRF520PBF has a maximum power dissipation (PD) of 1.2W, and a junction temperature (TJ) of 175 degrees Celsius. It is available in a TO-220AB package.
