The W29N01HVSINA NAND Flash 1G-bit device is a 3V, 1-bit ECC, 3V, x8 NAND Flash solution manufactured by Winbond. It is a single-level cell (1G) NAND Flash memory device designed for use in mobile and consumer applications that require low-power and high-bandwidth storage. The W29N01HVSINA device has a Vcc range of 2.7V to 3.6V and is available in a 64-ball 6mm x 8mm FBGA package. The device incorporates multiple features including advanced wear-leveling, multiple planes, ECC, and bad-block management, which make it ideally suited for embedded applications. The W29N01HVSINA also supports a quad page program, which allows four pages of data to be programmed with a single command, thus speeding up programming performance.
