The DS1265AB-100+ is a Nonvolatile SRAM Module manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed for embedded control applications that require the ability to store data without the need for a power supply. The module features a 256K x 8 nonvolatile SRAM that is organized as 32K x 8 and is packaged in a 24-pin DIP. The module features static and dynamic write protect, automatic write protect, 68HC11 compatibility, and wide operating voltage range. Its rated access time is 60 ns, and its write access time is 45 ns. The module also features an SPI-compatible interface and does not require any external programming or configuration.
