The BCM 856S H6327 is a single channel Hall effect magnetic field sensor manufactured by Infineon. It is designed to detect the presence of nearby magnetic fields, such as the rotary or linear motion of a ferrous object or the flow of a DC current. It is a custom-made integrated circuit, optimized for harsh industrial and automotive environments, such as extreme temperatures, shock and vibration, and is able to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for automotive applications. The sensor includes a differential amplifier circuit and a Hall effect switch, allowing it to provide both analog and digital outputs. The BCM 856S H6327 is a cost-effective solution for motion detection in factory automation, robotic applications, automotive and consumer applications.
