microcontroller
The BSP125 is a field effect transistor (FET), produced by Infineon Technologies. It is used to help control the flow of current in circuits, and it is used as a replacement for bipolar transistors. It is a N-channel FET, meaning it is comprised of two circuit-level components – the gate, which acts as a switch, and the channel. When voltage is applied on the gate, the channel opens and current is able to flow through the transistor. The BSP125 has a maximum drain current of 2A, a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V, and a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 7 mO.
