The Infineon IRFP460LCPBF is a MOSFET N Trench, manufactured using 500V 20A (Tc) 4V @ 250uA 270 mO @ 12A, 10V TO-247 (AC) RoHS technology. It features a low gate threshold of 4V, and offers excellent performance characteristics over a wide temperature range with superior resistance to surge voltages. The maximum continuous dc drain-source current is 20A, and the peak pulse drain-source current is 12A. Additionally, the maximum drain-source on-state resistance at VGS = 10V is 270mO. This part is ideal for industrial, telecommunications, lighting, automotive, and consumer applications. It comes with RoHS specifications, and is available in a TO-247 package.
