The device integrates an LNA, image reject mixer and LO multiplier and buffer VG2 IF2 5 14 amplifier within a fully molded 44 mm QFN LNA package. The image reject mixer eliminates the need for a band pass filter after the LNA to remove NC 6 13 VD1 thermal noise at the image frequency.
