Product profile 1.1 General description Logic level N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a plastic package using TrenchMOS technology. The devices include TrenchPLUS diodes for clamping, ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection and temperature sensing.
