The FDC6301N is an advanced, low-cost, high-speed, unipolar integrated brushless DC servo motor driver from ON Semiconductor. It integrates a low-voltage MOSFET H-bridge, unified digital control logic, a wide band-gap hysteretic current sensing and protection circuit, 3-phase sinusoidal PWM output, an integrated 14-bit 10-bit resolution A/D converter for Hall-Sensor inputs, and a wide range of temperature protection features. The FDC6301N provides a simple, low-cost solution for driving brushless DC motors over wide applicable motor and load conditions.
