Additional Infomation About Product

The FDC6324L with Power Switch ICs is a small-signal single-channel 20 V Power Distribution SSOT-6 LOAD SW from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to be integrated into circuit designs for switching and distributing power. The FDC6324L incorporates both load switches and bypass switches to enable dual role operation. It also includes ESD protection up to 8 kV. The load switch is rated at 500 mA, 20 V with a low RDSon of 0.25 @ 20 V. It also offers over-voltage protection as well as integrated over-current protection with automatic fault retry. Additionally, FDC6324L has a shutdown pin that controls an integrated no-remote-on function, keeping the circuit protected in the event of remote control malfunction.
