The FDS6898A is an N-channel logic level enhancement mode power field-effect transistor (FET) developed by ON Semiconductor. It is a high-voltage (20 V) and high-speed (175 kHz) device that is designed for switching power supplies, motor control, or general power embedding. This device features a low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 170 mO for high current efficiency, zero gate-charge (Qg) for fast switching, and a high dV/dt for clean switching. It also features an enhanced dv/dt threshold for reliable operation and is AEC-Q101 qualified. The FDS6898A is also RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
