NCP5104, NCV5104 Single Input High Voltage High and Low-Side MOSFET or IGBT Drivers The NCP5104 is a High Voltage Power gate Driver providing two outputs for direct drive of 2 Nchannel power MOSFETs or IGBTs www.onsemi.com arranged in a halfbridge configuration. It uses the bootstrap MARKING technique to insure a proper drive of the Highside power switch.
