QPA2286A DC5000MHz Cascadable SiGe HBT Amplifier General Description The QPA2286A is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier. A Darlington configuration provides high F and T excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities results in higher suppression of intermodulation products. Only two DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor, and an optional RF choke are 4 Lead SOT-86 Package required for operation. Product Features High Gain: 13.7dB at 1950MHz Cascadable 50 Operates from Single Supply Low Thermal Resistance Package Applications Instrumentation Functional Block Diagram Repeaters Boosters PA Driver Amplifier Cellular, PCS, GSM, UMTS 4 IF Amplifier Wireless Data, Satellite 1 3 2 Ordering Information Part No. Description Top View QPA2286ATR13 3000 pieces on a 13 reel (standard) QPA2286ASQ 25 Piece Sample Bag QPA2286ASR 100 Pieces on 7 Reel QPA2286APCK401 850MHz, +5V EVB with 5 Piece Sample Bag Data Sheet Rev.B, August 12, 2016 Subject to change without notice 1 of 7 www.qorvo.com QPA2286A DC 5000MHz Cascadable SiGe HBT Amplifier Absolute Maximum Ratings Recommended Operating Conditions Parameter Rating Parameter Min Typ Max Units Storage Temp 55 to +150C Operating Temperature 40 +105 C Device Voltage (VD) +4 V Junction Temperature (T ) +125 C J Device Current (ID) 40 mA Device Operating Voltage +1.9 +2.2 +2.5 V RF Input Power +18 dBm Electrical specifications are measured at specified test conditions.
