QPC6614 5MHz to 6000MHz Digital Step Attenuator Product Description The QPC6614 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that features high linearity over the entire 31.5 dB gain control range with 0.5 dB steps. The QPC6614 uses serial control interface. The QPC6614 has a low insertion loss of 1.4 dB 24-pin 4.2mmx4.2mmx0.975mm at 2 GHz. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance.
