Neo-Iso TS13101M Galvanic Isolated Latching 60V Solid State Relay HIGH-RELIABILITY PRODUCTS Features Description Low Quiescent Operating Currents The TS13101M is a galvanically isolated 60V solid state relay 2A/4A in OFF/ON state with bi-directional blocking. The device includes a single Scalable galvanic isolation from primary to secondary integrated 110m high voltage switch allowing high sides of the device efficiency switching of power loads or other high current Single control signal for on/off input (CLK) applications. The input pin, CLK, controls the turn on/off of the Operation from 2.7V to 5.5V switch. When the correct CLK sequence is provided the switch Compatible with standard microcontrollers will latch on and stay on until the turn off sequence is given or Switch Characteristics a fault is detected.
