The Vishay IRF9520PBF is a P-Channel power MOSFET designed for applications such as load management, lighting, motor control, and battery applications. This MOSFET has a drain to source voltage of 100 V, a current handling capability of 6.8A (Tc) and can dissipate up to 60W (Tc) of power. It comes in a through hole TO-220AB package and features a low gate-charge and a very low on-resistance. It also has excellent thermal stability and is suitable for both surface mount and through-hole applications.
